Junto \u00e0 nomea\u00e7\u00e3o foram apresentados procura\u00e7\u00f5es e documentos. A falta de um representante legal em territ\u00f3rio brasileiro foi o que levou ao bloqueio do X no Brasil. Moraes justificou que a empresa n\u00e3o pode operar no pa\u00eds sem ter um respons\u00e1vel para responder a demandas judiciais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A advogada ocupava a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de representante legal do X antes da suspens\u00e3o da rede social. O<strong>s advogados S\u00e9rgio Rosenthal e Andr\u00e9 Zonaro Giacchetta assumiram a defesa do X no processo que levou ao bloqueio da rede social no Brasil, <\/strong>mas a representa\u00e7\u00e3o legal envolve poderes mais amplos. O representante legal efetivamente responde pela empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foram os advogados que comunicaram ao <strong>STF<\/strong> a nomea\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>Rachel de Oliveira Villa Nova Concei\u00e7\u00e3o como representante legal do X.<\/strong> No documento, eles alegam que a indica\u00e7\u00e3o da advogada, que j\u00e1 ocupou anteriormente o cargo, demonstra a inten\u00e7\u00e3o da plataforma de atender as ordens do STF. A indica\u00e7\u00e3o sinaliza um recuo do aplicativo, que fechou o escrit\u00f3rio no Brasil ap\u00f3s o empres\u00e1rio Elon Musk atacar Moraes e pedir o impeachment do ministro, alegando sofrer censura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O X acumulou mais de <strong>R$ 18 milh\u00f5es<\/strong> em multas por descumprir decis\u00f5es judiciais. O bloqueio do X foi decretado por Alexandre de Moraes em 30 de agosto e, posteriormente, confirmado pela Primeira Turma do STF. Nesta semana, o aplicativo voltou a funcionar para alguns usu\u00e1rios brasileiros.
